Job Description
CACI is looking for an experienced Requirements Analyst to be a part of an innovative and collaborative technology team to advance the Department of Defense (DoD)'s enterprise data analytics platform using modern technologies, cloud architectures, and development of best practices.
The CACI Team is looking for a Requirements Analyst to support a fast-paced, agile application development team. As a Requirements Analyst you will formulate and define system scope and objective based on both user need and an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. You will identify, analyze, translate, and document business and user requirements to ensure the software meets user needs.

Provide requirements collection and analysis expertise
Work collaboratively and facilitate meetings with data owners, end users, and stakeholders to identify, determine, and gather requirements
Develop subject matter expertise for assigned systems and related business processes
Translate business requirements into detailed user, functional, and systems requirements that will be developed by the development team
Effectively present and communicate requirement and software functionality to customer, team, and management
Identify and communicate risks and opportunities to team, management, and customer
Develop and maintain system requirement documentation
Provide system support
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
3-7 years of business analysis and requirements gathering experience Direct knowledge of DoD ERP data structures
Ability to properly prioritize, multi-task, and work collaboratively within the team and customer
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.
Active Secret clearance
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Experience with Qlik, Tableau or similar visualization tools
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Security+ Certification
