What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Support the project team to ensure implementation meets specifications/requirements and exceeds customer expectations

  • Serve as the focal point for the capture, analysis, and management of functional and non-functional systems requirements, and user stories.

  • Serve as primary contact with the Subject Matter Experts

  • Work with QA testers and developers to perform system testing to ensure application functionality works correctly. Testing may include both manual and automated testing efforts to include both regression and targeted testing of software code/configuration implementations.

  • Responsible for supporting the client through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and any support for defect management during UAT process

  • Provide guidance to less experienced Business System Analysts

  • Coordinate and meet regularly with stakeholders to identify business needs.

  • Clearly communicate those business needs to the development team through user stories and acceptance criteria

CACI is seeking a talented hands-on Senior Business Analyst/Development Team Manager to define business requirements, translate business requirements to functional, user, and system requirements, develop supporting materials such as use cases, flowcharts, context diagrams, wireframes, interface system diagrams, and data flows, and coordinate efforts across the development team to include performing/supporting testing. The ideal candidate will have proven experience developing business, functional and system user stories and requirements for small and large-scale web applications. He or she will be a strong team player who is able to work effectively and efficiently, even in high schedule pressure situations.You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Experience working with senior level customers

  • Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or technology related field) or higher

  • 7+ years of experience in requirements capture, management and analysis activities in all phases of the software development life cycle

  • 3+ years of experience in web application development projects

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences

  • Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to integrate information from multiple sources

  • Ability to work independently and interact regularly with government and non-government stakeholders at multiple levels of authority

  • Ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust Clearance (Must be a US Citizen)

  • Demonstrated skill in effective decomposition of mission/business objectives into user stories, and document them within a product backlog which can then be implemented in a series of short and iterative development cycles.

  • Experience with writing SQL Queries for Data Analysis (joins, etc.)

  • Strong MS Office Skills (including MS Project, Excel PivotTables, formulas, etc.)

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in an agile environment

  • Experience in software development

  • Current Public Trust / DOD Secret (or above) clearance

  • Experience in migrating enterprise systems/applications to a government cloud

  • Masters degree in Computer Science or technology related field or equivalent

  • Scrum Master certification

  • PMP certification

  • Agile certifications
