CACI is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the Program Executive Office (PEO) Small Surface Combatant, Integrated Combat Systems, PEO IWS 80, in Washington, DC. As a Combat Systems Program Analyst, you will provide program management support to the Ship Integration and Test branch (PEO IWS 80). Provide experienced liaison with stakeholder, project leads, and outside organizations in support of the Ship Integration and Test for Small Surface Combatant Ship Program Office. You will coordinate program support efforts across various NAVSEA offices, Naval Warfare Centers, and Industry for PEO IWS 80. You will directly support the PAPM coordinating and providing overarching long and short-range budgetary planning, preparation, budget submissions, execution and the tracking and reallocation of government funds. Develop and support program and technical reviews, program budget submissions and system requirements, position papers, coordination, and execution of PEO IWS 8.0 objectives and priorities with the Naval Warfare Centers and , OEM Contractors, operational Fleet units and Government Services Contractors tasked with program objective execution.
What You'll Get To Do:
Prepare, socialize and execute financial agendas, goals, and objectives in alignment with the Plans and Budget PAPM and SI&T PAPM funding resource availability.
Validate, track, identify risk of execution and prioritize funds through the execution year.
Analyze current standard operating procedures and introduce new process improvements.
Tailor financial reports and products to the appropriate levels whether internal/external or government/industry which could rise to the Congressional level.
Develop justifications in support of programmatic technical positions and financial decisions in support of PEO IWS 8.0 mission systems objectives and planned program events.
Provide support in researching, planning, and evaluating mission systems integration, as required.
Develop briefings, reports, and official correspondence on behalf of the customer.
Develop tools for finance requirements across multiple appropriations and program elements.
Provide financial year spend plans and validation of funding allocations.
Analyze out year requirements, budget, and reconciliation of funds.
Liaise between financial, technical, and field activities engineering teams to coordinate, document, generate, and monitor financial metrics for obligations and expenditures.
Manage Task Planning Sheets (TPS) for PEO IWS 80 PAPM
Develop, track and maintain a list of unfunded priorities for the PAPM.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active DOD Secret Security Clearance.
Bachelor's or postgraduate degree from an accredited college or university OR a comparable range of experience, training, or professional certification
Must have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of professional experience with respect to DoD programs/projects.
Experience and familiarity with combat system and ship system integration.
Experience with developing Task Planning Sheets.
Experience with Plan and Execute program reviews; Integrated Baseline Review (IBR), Management IPT (MIPT).
Experience with programmatic financial planning process.
