What You’ll Get to Do:
The employee will develop and update a Navigation System Engineering Agent (NSEA) Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) program to ensure supportability, sustainment, and compliance of the Navigation systems requirements. The employee will continue to conduct the ILS program as an integral part of the system analysis and support process to define the range and depth of the required support and address all applicable and related elements of logistics.
More About the Role:
The employee will:
Be a team member on the NSEA ILS Working Group.
Perform a systematic and comprehensive supportability analysis on an iterative basis through all phases of the system, subsystem, equipment or component life cycle to satisfy supportability objectives.
Conduct Maintenance Task Analyses (MTA) using Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles to identify and provide justification for all recommended Organizational (O)-Level and Depot (D)-Level maintenance requirements.
Will determine and provide NSEA and Navigation as a System (NaaS) Manpower requirement projections,
Identify all support equipment to support Navigation equipment at all maintenance levels.
Generate updates to technical manuals.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
15 years of ILS and system integration.
5 years of Navy Navigation system experience.
Bachelor’s Degree.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Shipboard navigation experience.
