What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI is looking for a talented Senior Systems Analyst. If you are looking for an opportunity to support a high-profile Federal Client, this could be the opportunity for you. In this position, you will support the Antitrust (ATR) Division’s Relativity platform which includes administering the system, creating custom scripts, managing upgrades, and evaluating the data loading performance. You may also write custom programs to assist with other litigation support tasks, such as parsing data received by outside parties and creating custom programs to assist with data loading procedures. You will work directly with Government staff to provide technical and developmental support for litigation support systems.

More About the Role:

  • Provide end user support to troubleshoot connectivity and functionality issues with litigation support systems.

  • Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing system performance including making recommendations for improving performance.

  • Responsible for assignment of user IDs and passwords including setup and maintenance of security groups.

  • Provide expertise to litigation support systems end users regarding the operation of analytical functionality and search capabilities.

  • Coordinate with the COR and DOJ technical staff on resolving technical issues.

  • Monitor performance and storage capacity to ensure system health.

  • Routinely provide progress reports to Government staff.

  • Prepare system documentation.

  • Participate in performance testing of various litigation support applications.

  • Develop tools for system-wide use in developing applications.

  • Ensure successful completion of work, timeliness of deliverables, and quality control.

  • Organize and conduct user training sessions on systems developed.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Experience with ATR’s network hardware and software systems is strongly preferred.

  • Must demonstrate substantial, hands-on, successful experience in actually doing the work on the systems being used, usually at least five years of such experience.

  • Requires broad knowledge of the Government's IT environments, including office automation networks, and PC and server-based databases and applications.

  • Experience in a litigation support environment extremely helpful.Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze the attorneys' needs, and to design and implement a whole system solution responsive to those needs.

  • Expert knowledge of all working phases and components of Relativity.

  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) is preferred.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Information Retrieval or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Firm understanding of the EDRM and thorough knowledge of all phases of Discovery.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Relativity upgrades, testing, deployments, and migrations.

  • Experience with SQL, MySQL, including creating queries, optimizing SQL queries and performing audit/reporting tasks.

  • Skill in using Regular Expressions. Programming/Scripting experience in at least one of the following: C#, Python, JAVA, PowerShell, Perl, or VBA.

  • Experience with Administration of Windows 2016/2019/2021.

  • Experience with Azure or AWS Cloud and virtual machines.

  • Experience with other eDiscovery applications, such as IPRO eCapture, Nuix, LAW, Viewpoint, Concordance, Summation, Recommind, CasePoint.

  • Ability to create documentation for SOP’s.

  • Ability to create Change Management documentation.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$94,400 - $198,300
