This position is in the Aircraft Carrier Design and Systems Engineering Directorate (SEA 05V) at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). The duty station will be at the Washington Navy Yard.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide custom solutions, using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other Microsoft 365 resources
Conduct formal meetings with key stakeholders, to interpret requirements, analyze and identify how technology can be used to best support and enhance day-to-day business processes
Develop new user-friendly features, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Understand the businesses collaboration, workflow, data and document management requirements and opportunities
Collaborate and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Set development project schedules, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide timely communications and reporting
Create technical and functional documentation
Ensure maintenance plans are in place and best practices are implemented
Contribute to improving consistency and effectiveness of information and document governance
Plan, recommend, and implement enhancements and upgrades
Troubleshoot and manage resolution of assigned software technologies
Conduct user testing to ensure proper functionality prior to implementation
Provide expert user support and guidance and deliver user training and documentation
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (desired)
3 Years’ experience with SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other Microsoft 365 resources
Strong writing and communications skills
Final SECRET Security Clearance
