CACI International Sr. Test Lead Operations Manager with Navy ACAT 1 shipbuilding experience in Washington, District Of Columbia
PMS 317, the Landing Platform Docking (LPD) amphibious ships Program office is responsible for the design, build, outfit, and test (to include Flight I and Flight II ships), and to provide for life-cycle maintenance support. With 11 LPD 17 Flight I ships delivered, two in construction and planned future procurement of 13 LPD 17 Flight II ships, the main focus of PMS 317 activities includes ship acquisition, technical/system integration, ship production, test, outfitting, GFE/GFI management, and post-delivery. CACI seeks a SENIOR LEVEL OPERATIONS MANAGER to serve as the OPERATIONAL TEST LEAD. This person will assist PMS 317 accomplish its mission and objectives. This task will be executed in Washington, DC.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Support the Test Director in the planning and execution of Operational Testing (OT) tasking in accordance with OT requirements for the systems being tested.
Ensure that the OT program meets statutory, regulatory, and DoD policies.
Produce accurate reports and interface with test agencies to facilitate OT events.
Develop and maintain OT acquisition documentation, test plans, and reports.
Ensure OT data is properly collected and evaluated as required.
Identify deficiencies, analyze solutions, and make corrective recommendations to the government
Track identified deficiency through closure.

Coordinate OT working groups.
Provide OT budget inputs as directed.
.You MUST Bring These Qualifications:
Must be a US Citizen and have an Active DoD Secret clearance and the ability to obtain higher clearance
Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in a business or technical discipline
15+ years relevant experience managing Navy shipbuilding test programs
Navy ACAT 1 shipbuilding experience
Ability to write clear reports
Ability to interface with team members, technical leads and Project Managers
Ability to work alone on individual projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
Good verbal (English) communication skills
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Amphibious ship shipbuilding experience
Experience working with Ingalls and SupShip Gulf Coast
