What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Working with CACI to assist the mission of the US Department of Justice, Housing Department

  • Supervises and directs Document Management Analysts, Document Management Technicians, paralegals, and clerical and other support staff to accomplish work.

  • Reports on progress; troubleshoots; performs quality control spot-checking as necessary to ensure that work is of high quality and meets contract requirements; coordinates with other Contractor support staff, including data processing support staff; documents the work performed.

  • Reports to Project Supervisor or Project Manager.

More About the Role:

  • Reports on progress; troubleshoots; performs quality control spot-checking as necessary to ensure that work is of high quality and meets contract requirements; coordinates with other Contractor support staff, including data processing support staff; documents the work performed.

  • Works independently to provide and supervise Executive Level administrative support.

  • Makes documents 508 Compliant and works within related Drupal databases

  • Supervises and oversees the development and dissemination of information on behalf of HCE leadership

  • Manages and distributes the calendar of the Deputy Chief(s) at HCE

  • Schedules meetings, trainings, and assists with HCE Section-sponsored conferences

  • Generates agendas, coordinates and distributes materials, and takes notes during meetings

  • Tracks case-related data and information and provides reports to the HCE Deputy Chief(s) on a regular basis

  • Retrieve/direct voicemails as necessary

  • Process/review HCE memos

  • Makes travel arrangements for HCE staff members as necessary

  • Log incoming mail

  • Format and edit letters for final

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience on major DOJ support projects.

  • Broad experience in a variety of areas - document center, coding shop, field discovery, etc. – is preferable to experience in one area only.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment.

  • Excellent writing skills and oral communication skills.

  • Requires hands-on familiarity with the Government's data processing environments.

  • Should be a knowledgeable user of the Government's word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and telecommunications systems.

  • Must be eligible for a U.S. Security Clearance.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Undergraduate degree very helpful; substantial significant experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
