CACI International Technical Writer / Business Analyst in Washington, District Of Columbia

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support CACI Operations and Maintenance project for Department of Navy with the Program Budget Information System.

  • Lead efforts related to scheduling, planning, and coordinating documentation efforts for ongoing Financial Systems and Authorization to Operate audit activities.

  • Coordinate with technical team and subject matter experts to ensure accurate information is being captured and documented within audit deliverables.

  • Assist in software application testing, implementation/roll out, and outreach for application upgrade.

  • Participate heavily in customer support efforts and troubleshooting for user community. This may include phone support, desk side support, and email support. Instruct application training courses for user groups.

  • Work with customer to define requirements, learn on-the-job analysis skills, and share information with project team.

Required Skills:

  • Typically Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 5+ years of experience providing exceptional customer service and support

  • 5+ years of audit experience with reading, interpreting, and responding to financial or IT systems audit controls

  • 3+ years of technical writing experience

  • Demonstrated ability to become a super user of a system

  • Demonstrated experience in completing projects within estimated time frames Current DoD Secret Clearance

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Strong Research and Analysis Skills

  • Reliable, Detail-Oriented, and Hard Working

  • Strong organizational skills

Desired Skills:

  • Agile Knowledge

  • 3+ years of testing experience for an enterprise-wide financial database in the federal government

  • Experience with Planning, Programming, Budgeting and/or Execution (PPBE) in a DoD environment.

  • Interpersonal Skills
