CACI International Test Engineer - Mid in Washington, District Of Columbia
CACI is looking for a Mid-Level Test Engineer to work as a part of team providing application testing to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Protective Service (FPS).
What You’ll Get to Do:
Identify, analyze, and document issues and defects in applications
Support tests including system, integration, validation, and user acceptance tests
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations teams to communicate issues, defects, and/or failed tests
Participate in daily stand-up meetings, customer meetings, and other team meetings
Work collaboratively with the infrastructure team and the development team in creating automated test scenarios
Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope and/or delivery dates
Research, develop, install, and configure tools to improve testing and quality
Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes
Manage source code repositories
Document all work and defects in Service Now, JIRA, and Confluence
Mentor and coach junior members of the team
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance
Ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD)
BA/BS or equivalent experience and minimum 6 years of related work experience
Ability to work with highly technical IT personnel, understand technical tasking, and explain technical activities to non-technical individuals
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of the following:
.NET, ColdFusion 2017
SQL Server 2017 SSMS, SSIS, DTS (SQL Server 2012)
Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS)
Git, ALMSS Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo
System Test and Evaluation, planning execution and management
Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices
Experienced with Continuous Integration/Continuous Development
Demonstrated writing/editing skills
Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
